Chibi Shiny Glaceon

This is my first time ever making a Glaceon, and it's shiny Man this thing was a pain to make xP All those little pieces. Glad it's done and it's freaking cute! 15 straight hours plus 4 more hours working on this thing @-@ Whew~ (I might have just enough to make another one)
